Plastic Processing Aid

Polymers are made from very long chains and are usually comprised of crystal and amorphous regions, and are not completely melted like metal materials, and therefore they hardly flow in production and forming processes due to the high viscosity of their molten form, thus forming them and achieving a smooth and level surface is difficult.
To resolve this issue, added materials based on fluoropolymer are used. The use of these materials on a very small scale (about 500 PPM) not only will facilitate the process of forming, but it will also lower the electricity consumption and results in the production of a product with a smooth surface.
